About this Spa

The Cedar Creek Spa at Big Cedar Lodge is a destination in and of itself. Designed to reflect the natural beauty of the Ozarks, the spa blends stone, wood, and soft lighting to create a space that feels both grounding and luxurious. It features eleven treatment rooms, each featuring its own fireplace or the soft glow of candlelight. You’ll also enjoy access to the grotto pool, an ice room, saunas, hot spas, and steam rooms. The serene sun deck is a perfect place to unwind and rest before or after treatments.

Book a room at Big Cedar Lodge for easy access to the spa and all it has to offer. However, if you choose to stay offsite, anyone who books a treatment at the spa will have access to amenities for the day. If you choose not to book a treatment appointment, you can still buy a two-hour day pass to experience the luxury of the spa.

The Experience

A girls’ weekend at Big Cedar Lodge strikes the perfect balance between activity and relaxation. Mornings might begin with coffee on a cabin porch, watching the mist lift off the lake. Days can be as full—or as leisurely—as you want: nature walks, lake cruises, shopping at the Lodge’s boutiques, or simply lounging by the fire.

The property is expansive, offering everything from yoga classes in the fitness center to sunset views at Top of the Rock. Evenings are made for gathering—whether that’s sharing a meal at one of the on-site restaurants, enjoying wine by an outdoor firepit, or heading back to your cabin for late-night conversations and laughter.

Getting There

Big Cedar Lodge is located just south of Branson, Missouri, making it surprisingly accessible. The closest airport is Branson Airport (BKG), about a 20-minute drive away, with seasonal direct flights from select cities. Springfield–Branson National Airport (SGF), roughly an hour away, offers more frequent connections and is often the most convenient option. For overnight guests of the Lodge, a shuttle from either of these airports can be arranged. Simply contact the dispatch office at 417-339-5104 at least 10 days prior to your arrival.

For road-trippers, Big Cedar Lodge is an easy drive from cities like Kansas City (3.5 hours), St. Louis (4 hours), and Tulsa (3.5 hours), making it a popular choice for a long weekend escape.
