Hi, I'm Leslie. I'm a passionate believer in the power of friendship and the positive impact friends can have on our mental and physical health. Girls' trips are a perfect way to get uninterrupted time to concentrate on fostering those deep connections.

I've been a fan of girls' getaways since my first trip with a special group of friends in 2013. The bonds forged on that trip have impacted me in ways I couldn't have imagined; those ladies have become my closest friends.

I created Girlfriend Weekend to share resources that specifically help women build, maintain, and grow their friendships. I hope the information here encourages all women to find ways to celebrate and nurture the friendships that sustain us.
